Introduction

By participating in the competition you are agreeing to these competition terms and conditions. The competition is being run by Lottie Organisation Ltd.

Eligibility to Enter

The competition is open to entrants over 18 years of age and only open to anyone working in the care sector or providing unpaid care. You must be a resident in the UK. Lottie employees and associates are excluded from the draw.

By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you.

There is a limit of one entry per person and the competition is completely free to enter.

No purchase is necessary to enter this competition.

The Prize

The prizes will be a selection of e-vouchers from Prezzee. Winners will be selected at random after the competition ends (23:59 on December 3rd 2023).

The use of specific brands as prizes does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.

The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided.

We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so.

Lottie's decision on any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Winner Announcement

The winners will be randomly selected using a computer process on 4th December 2023 and notified via the email address provided between 5th December and 15th December 2023.

Lottie will make two attempts to contact the winner via email (@lottie.org).

Delivery of the Prize

The winner will allow 14 days for the prize to be delivered, otherwise alternative collection or delivery arrangements can be made through mutual agreement.

Your prize will be emailed directly from Prezzee to the email address provided.

Data Protection and Publicity

You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the competition will be used by Lottie for the purposes of administering the competition and for the other purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy, including Press Activity and Marketing.

By submitting your nomination you consent to Lottie holding your case study for use in future Press Activity and Marketing. If used, your name will be anonymised.

All entrants may request information on the winning participants by emailing press@lottie.org.

If requested by Lottie, the winner agrees to release their first name and place of employment to any other competition participants.

Limitation of Liability

Lottie accepts no liability for any damage, loss, theft, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of participating in the competition or being selected for a prize and receiving that prize.

General

Lottie reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions.

Incomplete, illegible, corrupted entries, or those which are otherwise not in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be valid.

If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, or of the spirit of this promotion, Lottie may at its sole discretion refuse to accept an entry.

Lottie's decision is binding in all matters relating to this promotion, and no correspondence shall be entered into.

To the extent permitted by law, Lottie accepts no liability for any damage, loss or injury suffered due to entering this promotion or taking up a prize.

By entering this promotion entrants will be deemed to have accepted, and will be bound by, these terms and conditions.

Entrants will retain ownership of any content, submissions and other material they submit as part of this Promotion. However, entrants grant Lottie (and its agents and affiliates) a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual licence to use any such content, submissions and other material for the purposes of this promotion.

The winners may be contacted by Lottie and asked to take part in publicity relating to this promotion, unless you notify us that you do not wish to be identified.

These terms and conditions (and any non-contractual disputes/claims which arise out of or in connection with them) will be governed by English law and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
