I'm delighted with the care my mum receives. I feel fortunate that she's there and have peace of mind knowing she's in good hands. The management is outstanding, with regular communication - even regarding the smallest incident and the staff are fantastic, always going the extra mile. This home has become a place that my brother and I love. The location is ideal, with parking and good transport links, allowing us to visit regularly. The garden overlooks the canal, which is a lovely spot for us both to sit and relax with Mum. Although mum was hesitant at first, she's now very happy there.

My dad gets the best care here, with great facilities and a fantastic team. He feels incredibly safe, knowing there's staff around the clock. The staff ratios are excellent, so he gets the personalised attention he needs. The food is absolutely delicious, with loads of options. Even though he's quite a picky eater, he always finds something he enjoys calling it 'Restaurant quality'. The internal garden is so lovely, and Dad enjoys the cultural activities with regular trips to museums and galleries.

My husband's care home is really well run. The management has improved significantly and is great at addressing any issues immediately. The current manager has created a family atmosphere, is so proactive, and always has time to chat. This home truly feels like a second family to us and has put my mind at ease. There is a strong emphasis on getting residents moving and up and about and lots of recreational areas, apart from the dining rooms, such as a TV room, a library, and a cinema.
