NIC THOMPSON - HEAD OF PARTNER RELATIONS
Responsibilities:
Building relationships with our Partners, ensuring their needs are met and their feedback is consistently delivered back to Lottie's wider team. Managing Lottie's supply growth inline with business objectives.
Dream Care Home:
Close to my loved-ones, lots of outdoor space, and a snooker table!
Why Lottie?
It's likely that one day we will all look for care; my hope is the work we do now will have a positive impact on the lives of families for many years to come.

VIVIEN WONG - PARTNER EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities:
Manages Lottie’s marketplace and onboarding process. Creates engaging and beautiful profiles, whilst ensuring partners have everything they need to have a successful relationship with Lottie.
Dream Care Home:
A place where I can call home and enjoy endless cups of tea and biscuits with family and friends. Days out too!

Lottie is so ambitious and I hope that my contribution can make a difference and a positive impact for future generations to come.

Responsibilities:

Somewhere that has easy access to the countryside and lots of activities!

Responsibilities:
Supports the growth and quality of the supply side of Lottie's marketplace, including onboarding partners upon signing commercial terms.
Dream Care Home:
A place where I can make new friends, have a good natter, learn new things and have my family over for dinner.
Why Lottie?
I have personal experience of how making the wrong care decision for my family members can be detrimental, so I am very excited to start working at Lottie as it is dedicated to providing an easy and informed pathway through an otherwise stressful, complex system to navigate.
